To elaborate a little on the difference between Shredded Cut and Regular Cut. The Regular Cut is traditionally what you would see in your standard bag of jerky. The Shredded cut is something at we started ourselves a few years ago. To our knowledge, we are one of few who produces this specific style of cut. Shredded Cut jerky is cut in 3-4 inch long strips in a 1/8 inch thickness. Shredding the jerky makes the jerky tender and easy to chew. It really does make a huge difference how the jerky is cut. Shredded jerky reminds us of the Big League Chew Bubblegum...but of course in delicious beef jerky. Also, shredding the jerky allows you to portion out the amount of jerky you'd like to eat at each sitting. Pull out what you'd like from the bag and reseal the bag for later use. Lastly, the Shredded jerky has been a huge sale amongst diet goers. The shredded jerky is often used as a salad topping and even on pizzas!
